Irresistible

Change

A new model designed for driving culture change that sticks.

Engaging and inspirational stories from the leader of one of the largest transformations in history – one that changed the ways almost 400,000 people work, all without a single mandate.

70%

That’s how many change programs fail — even with top-down mandates.

Now there’s a proven model for driving lasting change that organizations need, and that people want.

The present is far more fragile than we often realize. A Moore’s Law-like acceleration of change is occurring in our daily lives. Organizations that possess the ability to continuously adapt will win. Phil developed the model of Irresistible Change to address that challenge for the era of AI and beyond. He brings engaging, actionable, real-life stories from the trenches of large-scale change that stuck, altering the course of one of the most iconic companies on the planet.

This work was recognized by The New York Times, Fortune, and the documentary The Loop, and in 2018, I was honored with induction into the New York Foundation for the Arts’ Hall of Fame. The next year, the State of Oklahoma (my native state) appointed me one of its Creative Ambassadors.

Today, I guide organizations in implementing Irresistible Change, an approach that empowers people to embrace transformation rather than resist it. By creating cultures where change becomes a natural strength, I help leaders and teams achieve lasting impact.

I divide my time between speaking and consulting with global organizations on culture, change, and design governance, and mentoring first-time founders through my Ten X Labs initiative.

I live in Austin, Texas.
